WASHINGTON, _May 3, 1858_. _To the House of Representatives_: In compliance with the resolutions of the House of Representatives of the 19th January, 1857, and 3d February, 1858, I herewith transmit the report of the Secretary of the Interior, with accompanying documents.[5] JAMES BUCHANAN.
