dogs cut How do you do, sir? How do you do, boys? You have a nice bear there, sir. We like to see him play. Where did you get him? I was hunting with my dogs, and saw a little bear up in a tree. I cut the tree down, and as soon as it fell, the dogs and I caught him. [Illustration] Were you not afraid of him? O no! he was too small to hurt me then. You like to see him play, do you? Yes, sir. What can he do? He can hold a stick in his paws, dance very well on his hind legs, and do many other funny things. |
