Persons who wilfully violate any of the foregoing rules thereby
forfeit all right to the use of the reading room.




CHAPTER XLII

Rules for the government of the Board of trustees and employés of the
public library

ARTICLE I

MEETINGS OF THE BOARD

Section 1. The regular meetings of the board of trustees shall be held
on the Monday preceding the first Thursday of every month, at 8 p.m.

Sec. 2. Special meetings shall be called by the president whenever,
in his judgment, they may be necessary; or at the written request of
three members of the board.
