to make reparation for the said injuries, nor do they consider that;
because it does not pertain to them to give any opinion or judgment on that point, but only to state who would have authority for doing it. His Lordship, having seen the above opinions, declared that he was in accord with them, and that he is doing what is mentioned in them in the manner which seems to his Lordship best.
