Accius, M. Atilius, and Milithus were called _Tragediographi_, because
they writ tragedies: so may wee truly terme Michael Drayton _Tragaediographus_ for his passionate penning the downfals of valiant Robert of Normandy, chast Matilda, and great Gaueston.' Cf.
