"No one answered for a while, but they began to murmur among themselves,

She signed to the Seven, and they came huddling to her like quail; she put them behind her. "'Is it not true, Children of the Sun, that the favor of the Sun goes with the Eye of the Sun and it will come back to you when the Stone comes back?' "They muttered and said that it was so. "'Then, will your priests show you the Eye of the Sun or shall I show you?'
