To man or maid;

A book of verses, tender, quaint, or gay,
DOBSON or LANG;
Trim yew-girt gardens, echoing the day
When HERRICK sang;

A Thames-side Inn, a salad, and some fruit,
Beaune or Hochheimer;--
Are simple joys, but admirably suit
