Is the following sentence, which Mr. PUNCHINELLO finds in that respectable paper, the _Boston Advertiser_, to be considered as English or Latin? "The constitutio de fide has been adopted by the Ecumenical Council, nemine contradicente." * * * * * Absurd to Ask It. The Belgians propose to drop the letter "h" from the French language.
