A moderate oven is best. =Graham Bread (raised over night)= 3 Cupfuls of Flour 3 Cupfuls of Graham Meal 3 Tablespoonfuls of Sugar 1 Tablespoonful of Lard 1 Teaspoonful of Salt 1 Yeast Cake Mix flour and meal together and rub in lard, sugar and salt.
